Little Air Giant  manufactures  Double-Acting Air Cylinders., both Single-End and and Double End. Our standard cylinders range from 3/4" to 2–1/2" bores. With cartridge type glands, these cylinder allow for replacement of the rod seals without  disassembling the cylinders. Made  for prolonged industrial use, these cylinders are made with hard-coated  aluminum tubing, hard chromed steel shafts and/or stainless steel shafts. O-rings are standard sizes and "U" cup seals are available.

In the most demanding operations the smoothness of operation of air cylinders can be improved with the use of Little Air Giant Air Oil Tanks. Little Air Giant manufactures Single Air–Oil tanks. Shop air applied directly on the oil in an air-oil tank is a simple method to obtain smooth hydraulic-feeling action. Our circuits are self-bleeding and the tank must be mounted higher than the cylinder.

Because we manufacture a broad range of standard sized air cylinders, our off-the-shelf products will meet most needs. However, because Little Air Giants are machined and assembled by hand to exacting standards, it is possible customize our product line to meet your exact needs when a standard cylinder will not do.
